Frustration rant!
I have just spent 34 minutes on the phone to the local hospital, trying to re-arrange an appt for dd.
Got through to switchboard in a couple of minutes. Perfectly reasonable. Nobody expects an instant reply from a city hospital.
Nice man put me through to my department.
34 minutes of being in a queue. Being told my call is important. Being counted up the queue place from 3 to 1.
When I finally get an answer, the lady just says "hello? Hello?" And can't hear me.
Rant over.
I think it will be quicker to drive over and make a new appt...
