what are theses patches on skin pic included

hi could someone tell me what theses patches might be started of with couple little patches and has spread.tried googleing but cant see anything thanks :)

do you have any pain with it? Is it on your side?

looks a bit like the rash my sister had , called Pityriasis versicolor. She had to use an anti fungal cream for a few weeks but it went eventually

its my daughter its smooth like rest of her skin. its abit below her breast

Have the patches grown or multiplied.?

My partner had something similar on his back. It went after about a week of applying caneston cream.
