Thinking that Davina MaCall is not THE face of Britian's fitness?

Just seen an ad where she's flogging her diet and fitness programme, the voice over says "everybody knows Davina McCall is the face of Britians fitness".

Really? I didn't, I thought she was just an ex Big Brother presenter who's moved into the diet and fitness game since the TV work has mostly dried up, but clearly, at least according to the ad, I'm wrong.

To be fair she's been doing fitness DVD's for years now.
And her TV work is not drying up.

YABU. The only way this would be unreasonable would be if it was a Government official making a statement in the House that Davina McCall is THE fact of Britain's fitness. It's an advert. It's the opinion of the producers or Ms McCall herself. What it isn't is an official pronouncement.
It'd be a bit odd if the advert were to describe her and her product as you have don't you think?

I agree but I don't really like her much tbh and think her hysterical style is not suited to health and fitness

Of course she's not. That is an insult to all the incredible British sportspeople out there.

It's the "everybody knows" bit that had me thinking wtf. She's obviously a very fit woman and at least unlike some slebs who flog fitness DVDs she practices what she preaches, but she's not an Olympic medal winner.

I didnt know she was still on TV, what does she present?
