There are a few who just really grate, including two off Loose Women, Andrea McClean, the way she say,s okayyyy when responding to someone's opinion. Sherrie Hewson is another, one minute acting all daft and dizzy then when talking about something close to her heart talking eloquently and intelligently. Lots of people in soaps are annoying too.

Mylene Class... Ugh.

Second Carol Vorderman, the woman's an idiot. Anyone remember her on Question Time? Hmm

Koalafications · 19/06/2015 14:51

redshoeblueshoe · 19/06/2015 14:51

These threads always get pulled - not in the spirit of mumsnet
but seeing as I'm here Philip Scofield, Kay Burley, Jimmy and Alan Carr, everyone on loose women, Amanda Holden, Christine Bleakley

Sparklingbrook · 19/06/2015 14:52

I can't stand most TV chefs-Ramsey,Oliver et al. i am even going off James Martin a bit.

Goshthatsspicy · 19/06/2015 14:52

Matthew Wright has the most annoying way of saying "okay"
His version is "ockkay"

DriveLikeJehu · 19/06/2015 14:52

Both Matt Allwright and Claire Balding give me the rage. Amazingly though, Balding wasn't half as irritating as Willie Carson when they prsented the racing together. Ridiculous little twerp.

EatDessertFirst · 19/06/2015 14:53

Danny Dyer (whose real name is apparently Malcolm). I can't can't stand his cockney geezer persona. Fuck the fuck off you twat!!!

Andrew Marr too. Condescending prick.

andyourlittledogtoo · 19/06/2015 14:53

Eamon Holmes seems to realise he's a bit reprehensible, so I actually find him sympathetic.

ReginaBlitz · 19/06/2015 14:54

Eamon Holmes, the way he belittles his wife is cringe.

redshoeblueshoe · 19/06/2015 14:55

And Denise Robertson

redshoeblueshoe · 19/06/2015 14:56

Robert Peston

Goshthatsspicy · 19/06/2015 14:58

I didn't mind Eamon till l heard him voicing his opinion on big brother contestants.
I couldn't believe that someone who presented a serious news show, would actually notice big brother at all! Grin

andyourlittledogtoo · 19/06/2015 14:58

Regina Have to admit I hardly ever catch him on TV so have never witnessed that! Boo Eamon!

SnotQueen · 19/06/2015 14:59

It would be quicker for me to tell you who doesn't irritate me.

GoringBit · 19/06/2015 14:59

Sorry Sparkling

LavenderRain · 19/06/2015 14:59

Susannah Reid! I have to switch channels cant stand her

pictish · 19/06/2015 15:02

Keith lemon - fucking hell does he prove how little we have moved on from the 70s! the misogynistic, sweaty little prick.
Oh oh...but he's ironic I hear you say. Is he? Because I'm willing to bet most of his fans can't even spell ironic. ITV at its LCD pleasing best.

pictish · 19/06/2015 15:05

Cat Deeley. I haven't got anything against her per se...but I cannot for the life of me work out why she has been selected to present stuff on my television. She has no personality to speak of whatsoever.

pictish · 19/06/2015 15:08

Dermot O'Leary - so insincere!

ApprenticeViper · 19/06/2015 15:09

Christine Bleakley
Chris Evans (don't mind him on the radio though)
Tess Daly
Alex Jones
The bloke who does the Rogue Traders bit on Watchdog
Dom Littlewood

enviro300 · 19/06/2015 15:10

I had an obsessive hate for Cat Deeley presenting American Idol for the British audience. I don't want America translated for me. I was happy with the American presenters.

I don't like watching slaves to the autocue, especially when they've had years of practice. That's you Ant, Dec and James Martin.

She's more radio but I'm not keen on Fi Glover's face. Nice voice though.

Loose Women pretending to have a heated debate.

I'm sure they're lovely people in real life but I'm not keen on TV personas of Miranda and Mrs Brown.

Eamonn Holmes doesn't come across as very nice, even if he actually is.

knickernicker · 19/06/2015 15:15

I know Konnie Huq has a top degree from somewhere top but she comes across as not very clever at all. I was embarrassed for her when I heard her on Great Lives on the radio.
Perhaps she hides her light under a bushel and actually she and Charlie Brooker have huge intellectual debates at home.

BackforGood · 19/06/2015 15:18

Nick Robinson - Political Editor for BBC News, who seems to think that the news is all about him. Can't stand the fact he never just reports what has happened, but makes it all about what he thinks we ought to be thinking.
I've got to the stage now when I watch the news on 'catch Up' so I can fast forward any bits he is in.

Sadly, Robert Peston seems to want to copy him - I didn't used to mind him, but these last few months, he's had to go onto the fast forward list too.

Shockingly poor reporting.
