If you had to... Mumsnet or Facebook?
For me it's definitely FB.

Whilst I like it I could not cope without the wise world of mumsnet.

EvilTendency1 · 17/06/2015 19:43

FB

Smoorikins · 17/06/2015 19:44

Mn. I use Facebook for work.

ThroughThickAndThin01 · 17/06/2015 19:44

As I don't have a FB account. FB.

wigglesrock · 17/06/2015 19:48

Mumsnet. I love Facebook, I like looking at the photos of people I actually know, hearing what they're up to, having a nosy at local restaurants, places to go etc. Mumsnet I think I could go cold turkey on.

hippoherostandinghere · 17/06/2015 20:01

I like all that too about FB but dislike the showing off, rants, cliques and silly politics. I could spend hours on Mumsnet and feel much happy after than after a scroll down FB time line.

londonrach · 17/06/2015 20:12

Sparkling i couldn't give up Mn now. Yes you can get people rubbishing your comments (sometimes very nastly) but ive learnt so much about myself. I hope that makes us all more understanding people towards others.

PushAPushPop · 17/06/2015 20:19

I don't have facebook so that can go!

Or "two-face-book" as it should be known.

BlackeyedSusan · 17/06/2015 20:22

well I have already given up face book as I never signed up in the first place.

ollieplimsoles · 17/06/2015 20:24

Facebook! I can't stand that shit anyway! I need this place, how am I going to get through raising DC without it?!

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 17/06/2015 20:26

I;ve never done Facebook or twitter.

But give up MN? Shock

Noooooooooo

I have my "Guinea-Pig Community" and "Christmas" threads

arethereanyleftatall · 17/06/2015 20:27

Fb

cardibach · 17/06/2015 21:00

ollie it is entirely possible to raise DCs without MN!
My FB is all honest, no crap or 'showing off, rants, cliques and silly politics' - MN, on the other hand, seems largely fictional at the moment.
I enjoy both, but would pick actual friends and family over MN ransoms every time if I had to.

conniedescending · 17/06/2015 21:01

FB.....although dud just read a fab thread on my local site to rival Ainu

GymBum · 17/06/2015 21:10

Gave up my FB account some time ago so it's FB.

Lottiedoubtie · 17/06/2015 21:28

MN.

I don't want to give up either mind! but... FB represents real life, friendships, family keeping in touch, organising RL social events etc...

I don't surround myself with the drama llama FB stereotypes, in fact I only encounter them.... in threads on MN.
