DD 13 today. DS already 16. Where has the time gone??? Feeling quite melancholy about it.

You lucky thing! Next year I'll only have one teenager left, and it won't be that much after that I'll not have any. :(

I look at the 6ft 2 Goliath that my tiny tot has become and really boggle at him. 17 and driving, part time job, girlfriend, full time attitude...

My eldest is 13 this year but she's been a teenager since age three - it's such fun!

I'm sad too! DS17 and DS14. Everyone told me to enjoy the early years, that it passed so quickly, that teenagers were awful. They were spot on!!!
Endless strops, angst and attitude here - terrific!
This too will pass.....

Iv just worked out that in 8 years time, my eldest grandchild will be a teenager.
I feel really sad at how fast the time has flown by .
