I don't think the job itself sounds too awful. Its not a 12 hour day, it's a split shift. So the person starts at 7, gets the boy to school, then does a bit of housework, and has time off until 2:30, when they must pick up from school, and do the afternoon and evening childcare, and cooking. Lots of people work six days a week. It's certainly not an au pair position, he's advertising, though (even if it was live in).
The capitals are a bit weird, but I think he is just trying to emphasise the things that are important. The child does have special needs, afterall.
The money is ridiculously low for the job, though. I know someone whose DD is nannying for a few month until her contract at a school starts. She is earning £600 per week (before tax and NI). And when I have employed nannies, I paid extra for any evening babysitting.
