To think if you are the one that does the cleaning you're bound to get re infected ( threadworm)

Feel like I'm fighting the invisible enemy ! I'm the one stripping beds, emptying the dyson, cleaning the toilets, handling dirty laundry so I feel it's inevitable I'll ingest the eggs and get reinfected.
Anyone else have endless cases of threadworm ? Nobody else in my household of 5 has symptoms - so they don't take the hygiene measures seriously.

Eat garlic everyday or take garlic pills.
