So changed password as I forgot it.
Got a phone call to my mobile to verify it.
Then get asked for memorable information. No clues as to what the information is about. Just 3 letters.

It's like Fort Bloody Knox.

Memorable information. No clue at all.

I don't get that biscuit emoticon. Is it a biscuit? What's that black bit on it?

steff13 · 09/06/2015 18:45

On my computer it doesn't have a black bit on it. On my computer, it looks like a cartoon version of this cookie.

I always smirk when my bank asks me if I've forgotten my memorable word

SmileItsSunny · 09/06/2015 20:25

I quite agree. Don't talk to me about digital secure keys....

dexter73 · 09/06/2015 20:41

Maybe the Biscuit is a clue! One of my security questions is 'What is your favourite food?'. I can never remember if I have put crisps or prawns!
