New App?!

I came across this website, that discussed on improving communication with their young ones, by using an app that records what previous users have posted and analysing this data. Does this seem like an app that will actually work, I mean what is your opinion and why?

I remember when I had my first child I struggled a bit at the start to understand exactly what he was saying/feeling. It would be great if you could post the link to this site.
