Today i was parked in a large services off the motorway and the next space to me was vacant. Next to that there was a taxi, from middlesborough, full of people, who preceeded to each throw out of the window their empty food cartons etc onto the car park space next to me in full view.
I was absolutely horrified by this behaviour and upon nodding my head at the individuals had expletives aimed at me as i drove off. They looked aggressive individuals so i did not approach them, but what is it with these people and why dont they have cameras on these type of car park situations and fine the bas**rds!
Why do they think everybody else should pick up after them?

Some people are absolutely dreadful, sadly.

ChantenayCarrot · 07/06/2015 20:39

Of course its disgusting, of course people should use a bin but there are dicks everywhere.

Why post in AIBU ie no one is ever going to disagree surely? Confused

Madbengalmum · 07/06/2015 20:40

It is just so sad they think it is , acceptable and almost bragging that they dont care! Just scum.

Well i posted in AIBU, as i keep seeing this kind of behaviour over and over again, it seems to be some kind of acceptable to some people.

Sorry but I am Grin that the fact they were from Middlesborough was deemed relevant! Does that make it more or less shocking?

Only1scoop · 07/06/2015 21:12

Yanbu

Scum of the earth

Bearbehind · 07/06/2015 21:15

I was in a pub yesterday where a young boy took the bottle of ketchup and sucked half the contents out- ready for the next person to use.

His mother looked on adoringly.

Some people are just gross but what can you do? Hmm

Madbengalmum · 07/06/2015 21:17

Bear, that is grim, but these were mid twenties women.
Should know better really.

Madbengalmum · 07/06/2015 21:19

Is the Pope a Catholic?

Bearbehind · 07/06/2015 21:20

I agree OP, but on what planet do you, an adult, watch your child suck tomato sauce out of a bottle on a restaurant table???

I've sadly resigned myself to the fact fact some people are truly gross and have no concept of how their actions will affect others- sad but true.

Madbengalmum · 07/06/2015 21:22

I think that is what pi*s me off most, the fact that they dont give a ... About anything or anyone.

The daughter of one of our neighbours used to empty all thevrubbish from her car out on the grass area opposite their house. Another neighbour complained to her mother who said 'Oh I know. I've tried telling her.' giggling as she said it. I have even been and cleared it up myself because it is an area children play on. Makes me cross too.

Soduthen116 · 07/06/2015 21:33

Absolutely dragged up. No manners or shame or decency. Dirty pigs.

The red sauce bottle story is vile. Yeuk!

We were following a pickup truck on a dual carriageway recently and the driver threw a coke can out onto the road. We were far enough back for it to miss our car, but WHY? I can't understand why he couldn't keep it in his car until he got to somewhere with a bin.

hiddenhome · 07/06/2015 21:51

Another 50 years and we'll have regressed to the level of the missing link Confused

The rest of the world will take us over and we'll end up in zoos and be held up as example of what can happen when things go very badly wrong with the process of human socialisation.

WanderWomble · 07/06/2015 22:17

Wasn't Wolviston services was it? I was in there today and had a row with someone chucking rubbish out of his car window. Wanker was also parked in the disabled spot by the garage.

Penfold007 · 07/06/2015 22:21

I stopped at a drive through Mcdonalds on my way home from work a couple of weeks ago. I parked in one of the big car parks near by, right in front of a bin so I could get rid of my rubbish without walking far. There was someone parked opposite me. They chucked all their rubbish out of the drivers window and drove off, they would have had to walk all of 3 steps to get to the bin. I was shocked.
