Feeling so grotty!I've got a vile woolly headed thing. Like an out of body experience. I just feel very lightheaded and dizzy. A bit sick, headache on the right and lower base of skull. Not unbearable pain but annoying and throbbing. Also blocked sinus.
It's been 2 weeks now. Any ideas?

Try Sinutab or something similar.

I could write exactly the same thing, My body aches but no temp, headache feel sick, blocked noise. This has been 2 weeks now. Made a Dr appointment as I feel so rough

Ah I have that too.On one side sinuses are so painful but I haven't had a cold or anything.No mucus at all.I am going to do te boiling water thing and hopefully get some sleep.But not yet I have to get DS to his exam.

Hay fever? Can make me feel groggy, tired and cause headaches. Not sure about the sickness though. Could try antihistamines and see.
