To speculate on who's going to die next in Game of Thrones?

Don't worry don't actually know but I am intrigued. There are only three more episodes left including tonight's, and apparently they've said the final one will break the Internet so I'm presuming a big character is going to croak it? But who? They deliberately let us think that it could be one of several people, but I still think it will be someone who we're not expecting, otherwise what's the point?

Speculate as well.

I was wondering if Jon Snow was a sort of goner last night, but no. I wouldn't be too shocked if he got bumped off, not exactly scared of killing off popular characters (though not Tyrion)

I want Sansa to chop emasculate Ramsey when he comes into her room to rape her, (she stole a blade after all) then Theon can feed the chopped off bits to the dogs in front of the slowly bleeding to death Ramsey. Brianne will then carry Theon to safety.

Not sure if Cersei is going to die this series, but she's going to be proper pissed off when she gets out and not to nice to the Water Lady. I'm thinking there's going to be a not very nice scene about that out of the cell meeting.

Jorah is becoming a rock man (what are they called?) with the grey scale so don't think he'll die just get grumpy and do some mental killing in the fighting pits. Dany is going to let him back in because Tyrion will convince her it's time to get over it. Oooh just thought maybe Jorah will get to shag her and she'll get grey scale too. They can be rock people together (and she finally have a reason for sitting so upright all the time)

EmeraldThief · 02/06/2015 17:33

I wondered if maybe Dany would finally agree to get it on with Jorah, but he'd turn her down to avoid giving her the disease.

George RR Martin might kill off Dany?! Please God let that be true!

RedXan · 02/06/2015 18:55

I think JS will die at the end of this series, but then be brought back in the next one. I def think he is a Targ, it would go against everything Ed Stark ever was - and even Robert who was with him only vaguely recalled the 'mother' as being someone or other.

Dany won't die anytime soon, the black free dragon is hers (it's temperamental, but doesn't try to hurt her) - the other two are for others I reckon. Other Targs? Just like the original three dragons were for a brother and his sisters these will be a sister and her brothers I think.

They will go to Westeros and help with the white walkers, 'dragon' glass has power as we've seen and Valyrian steel. That's how she'll win over the people of westeros (which tyrion pointed out was a problem). Tyrion will advise her probably (I do love him!).

Bran will never leave the tree, he'll help in the war no doubt so Rickon will come back as he is then Winterfell's heir.

This is just what I think will happen Grin

LadyDeadpool · 02/06/2015 19:03

GRRM has said repeatedly no one is safe so I don't see Danaerys sitting upon the iron throne.

I have suspicions we will see a certain 'villian' revived for next season/Cersei's trial by combat.

Saga it's www.reddit.com/r/asoiaf there are some amazing and well backed theory on there and some insane ones too Grin it's great fun and some stuff seems so obvious once you read the reasons behind it. R+L=J is accepted as fact.

LaurieMarlow · 02/06/2015 21:13

Hmmmm. The obvious one is JS, but I suspect he's too important to the endgame. They could follow the hook cliffhanger, but that would be underwhelming if you ask me and certainly not internet breaking.

Please don't let it be lady stoneheart. I couldn't bear it.

I suspect they'll make a big move that goes beyond the book universe. Battle for Winterfell perhaps? Also, they've been hinting like gangbusters at Mel's plans to burn Shireen.

So how about Stannis charges on Winterfell, things are looking bad, Mel/Selyse attempt to sacrifice Shireen and because of the greyscale, this sets off something momentous to do with stone dragons (mirroring Dany's season 1 finale).

Or maybe I'll shut up now.

TooExtraImmatureCheddar · 02/06/2015 21:58

The stone dragons coming alive would be awesome, but sadly I don't think it will be that. They're all the way back at Storm's End.

I think it'll ultimately be Jon Snow on the Iron Throne - son of Ice and Fire, wolf and dragon. Could the end of A Dance of Dragons actually turn out to be a neat little way to excuse him from being Lord Commander of the Night's Watch? He gives them one life, thus ending his tenure honourably?

Focusfocus · 02/06/2015 22:24

Tyrion must not die. That is the only thing that WOULD break the interweb.

YouTheCat · 02/06/2015 22:24

Oooh that's a good point. Released from his obligations by death.

JoffreyBaratheonFirstofHisName · 02/06/2015 23:34

Is it just me, or is the actor's performance of Ramsay Bolton based on Robbie Williams? ;o)

Alisvolatpropiis · 02/06/2015 23:41

I dunno, seemed disturbingly similar in both looks and mannerisms (though of course not actions) to a bloke I worked with before going on mat leave.

The actor playing Ramsey has lived in Cardiff, their paths may have crossed!

LadyBaelish · 02/06/2015 23:53

I've grown rather fond of Jaime in the last couple of seasons, quite worried about him possibly not getting to the end of this one!

Hoping something happens to Ramsay but not really expecting it.

Wouldn't be too fussed if anything happened to Jon or Dany, not a big fan of either of them.

Tyrion must live! And Arya and Littlefinger. But I'm not worried about any of them.

JoffreyBaratheonFirstofHisName · 03/06/2015 00:45

I'm not bothered about Littlefinger - Varys is the one for me! Hopefully he will survive.

JazzAnnNonMouse · 03/06/2015 07:33

I think snow will die but not properly as he somehow needs to get to the iron throne with Danny

Moln · 03/06/2015 08:10

Ramsey Bolton based on Robbie Williams - whaaaaaaaaaaasaat?

Ramsey bounces around shouting, thinking he can sing and is inexplicably superior and arrogant about being rich?

munchkinmaster · 03/06/2015 10:26

Who ever linked to that reddit page. Thanks, that's my house never getting cleaned again.

sashh · 03/06/2015 10:31

Ahh I wish the book people would not give spoilers some of us are far behind!

Winter's been coming for 16 fucking years.

JoffreyBaratheonFirstofHisName · 03/06/2015 10:31

Moln, I mean the mannerisms, something creepy about his smile and ego! The only thing Robbie murders is music.

UsedtobeFeckless · 03/06/2015 10:38

Kill off Sansa - she's dull and sobby.

I think Stan The Man will give Mellisand The Onion Knight or Jon Snow rather than his daughter ... Or he'll let her burn the kid and then go properly Darkside.

Theon's going to kill Ramsey.

Jon Snow is going to come unstuck one way or the other, either Stannis / Slynt and Swivel-Eyed-Survivor-Kid / Disgruntled Wildlings but not be actually really truly dead because of R + L ( Unless that's the mother and father of all red herrings - which is a possibility as GRR is evil and hates his readership and wants us to suffer )

Dany goes full-on Tagaryion loopy and Tyrion ( Wasn't there something weird about his parenage too - hopeful emoticon ) inherits the dragons.

Arya has to kill one of them ( Probably JS when he's better ) but doesn't.

I so love this series ... Grin

Moln · 03/06/2015 11:36

Ah I see Joffrey. I hope I don't see it now!!

JoffreyBaratheonFirstofHisName · 04/06/2015 00:19

Moln, my lookalikes are notoriously bizarre. ;o)

TooExtraImmatureCheddar · 04/06/2015 16:35

UsedToBe - the Onion Knight won't do - Melisandre needs king's blood for her spell. Jon Snow would do if R+L=J, but Melisandre doesn't know that.

yy to the Reddit page! Have been reading it for the last 3 days.

Moln · 04/06/2015 16:49

If I do spot it now Joffery I may cry. I had a hard enough time getting over thinking Cersai is Kiera Knightly.
