To speculate on who's going to die next in Game of Thrones?

Don't worry don't actually know but I am intrigued. There are only three more episodes left including tonight's, and apparently they've said the final one will break the Internet so I'm presuming a big character is going to croak it? But who? They deliberately let us think that it could be one of several people, but I still think it will be someone who we're not expecting, otherwise what's the point?

Speculate as well.

If JS is who we think he is, then surely burning him at the stake (as pps have suggested) would be a surefire way to not kill him?

KenAdams · 02/06/2015 13:51

Who do we think he is?

Alisvolatpropiis · 02/06/2015 13:57

That's been a fan theory for years, Final.

The ending of the last book throws a spanner in the works for that theory though.

Baddz · 02/06/2015 14:12

I'm Glad you said that sassh!
The old daario was very very good looking and that was the point...in the books he turns the queens head and she acts recklessly in having a sexual relationship with him.
The new daario is very nice, but....she wouldn't have risked all for him IMHO.

Baddz · 02/06/2015 14:14

No idea what's going to happen.
I've read the last book and know what happens in that...but this series has deviated so much from the book...who knows?
Can't see last nights ep til my fil gives me the disc he has recorded (no sky dammit!

midnightvelvet01 · 02/06/2015 14:40

I wouldn't be too cut up if Jon Snurr died.

Yes to whomever called Ramsey a 'frightful fucker' Grin

Baddz · 02/06/2015 14:42

Ooooh that was me! Smile
I will be sad if Jon dies.
He is very like ned - oddly - and is a decent man I think.
It's weird not knowing what will happen.

vitamink · 02/06/2015 15:02

I think (hope) it will be Jon Snow as there was some foreshadowing and his character is boring as fuck!

vitamink · 02/06/2015 15:04

Actually I think the "break the internet" might well be the return of a former character in a slightly different (worse for wear) form than we have last seen them, coming back to seek some revenge, if it is going by the books. Hope so. Have been waiting for this person's return since last season.

vitamink · 02/06/2015 15:15

(Lady Stoneheart) prays for her to appear in finale.

UsedtobeFeckless · 02/06/2015 15:18

Rallytog If Targarions are fireproof how come they managed to cremate old Maister whatsisface-Eagon's-brother last week? I was waiting for a flashback to all the Nightswatch standing around scratching their heads at his non-combustion and going " Err ... Sea burial, waddya reckon, Chaps? " or something ... Grin

pettywitchinlondon · 02/06/2015 15:28

Ahh I wish the book people would not give spoilers some of us are far behind!

Alisvolatpropiis · 02/06/2015 15:33

It's hardly a spoiler, the books have been published for years.

DragonWithAGirlTattoo · 02/06/2015 15:40

Activia - i dont think that GoT is for you somehow, the violence is part of the story, and is all the way through.

pettywitchinlondon · 02/06/2015 15:40

Yes but loads of people are way behind on the books. Not many people are behind on the TV show and this thread is about the TV show.

Alisvolatpropiis · 02/06/2015 16:00

The books and tv show are all but at same point now.

pettywitchinlondon · 02/06/2015 16:23

Well no they are two different entities.

JoffreyBaratheonFirstofHisName · 02/06/2015 16:36

Jon Snow goes without saying so he is probably penultimate episode. Danaerys might be last episode - because GRRM is on record somewhere, implying he is a bit bored with that character. Plus that would give us a whole new series or two for someone else to take over the dragons. (Tyrion? He's in the right place, now). I think we will also see the end of Pod and/or Brienne - three good deaths would really break t'internet.

TulipOHare · 02/06/2015 16:37

Targs are not fireproof. It's complicated Grin

And I totally disagree re: Daarios. Daario mk 1 was cheeseballs. Daario mk 2 is hot grimy deliciousness.

JoffreyBaratheonFirstofHisName · 02/06/2015 16:38

ETA: Whether you've read books or not, all bets are off as he's going in such different directions with many characters, now. I like it that I no longer know what's coming next!

JoffreyBaratheonFirstofHisName · 02/06/2015 16:41

I though Daario 1 was truly one of the ugliest men I have ever seen on TV. Can't understand what possessed the casting people. 2 is an improvement. But he needs a blue beard.

ophiotaurus · 02/06/2015 16:44

Maybe they are only fireproof when alive?

TulipOHare · 02/06/2015 17:01

On fire immunity:

GeorgeRRMartin: Granny, thanks for asking that. It gives me a chance to clear up a common misconception. TARGARYENS ARE NOT IMMUNE TO FIRE! The birth of Dany's dragons was unique, magical, wonderous, a miracle. She is called The Unburnt because she walked into the flames and lived. But her brother sure as hell wasn't immune to that molten gold.

From HERE, where there's a bit of a discussion about it (possible book spoilers).

vitamink · 02/06/2015 17:05

Daario 1 was soooooo much better than Daario 2. Daario 1 was much more unique looking and much more convincing. Daario 2 isn't good looking and just looks like any other hairy, dirty extra on the set and is completely forgettable. Not someone who Daenerys would fall for. I wish they'd bring back the first, square jawed, over-toothed Daario.

rallytog1 · 02/06/2015 17:06

Oh yeah. Ignore me on the fire stuff then Grin

Isn't it possible that Tyrion is also a Targ?
