To think the housing officer was unprofessional

if the living room the kitchen the garden are immaculate- no sign of anything broken do you as a housing officer need to go into bedrooms- waking up someone asleep? Telling a teenager off and asking him to pick up his socks from the floor in a patronising voice, in an otherwise clean room?

I see what you are saying Fleecy but if she had woken a sleeping medical worker nurse/doctor etc who had then gone on to make a mistake during their night shift due to tiredness you can bet a penny to a pinch of shit they would have been complained about.

Like i said upthread if this HO was ill and had to go to hospital and was treated by a tired medical worker who had been woken up by someone like her and they made a mistake due to tiredness i bet she would fucking complain.

I think as a housing officer she should have been on time, but ofcourse if you rent you are automatically a second class citizen to some unfortunately. Op you are very right to think she was unprofessional, the sock thing wtf !!
I would definately complain, hope your poor son got some sleep. To the person who name changed to go on about baby p etc. Please read the Ops post, your comments were totally irrelevant and unecessary.
You still have rights EVEN if you rent !
