I'm not feeling the aging windswept hippy look any more. I'm 40 and haven't had it cut for about 3 years.

It is currently below waist, thick and straight as a yard of pump water. I think I'm going a bit bald at the front. Would that be from pulling it into a bun/plait all the time? It's thin and fuzzy there.

Appointment is at 2pm.

Shock Seeing the mnetters faces behind the mnetters names is like when you see teachers outside of school! It's so strange Grin

And you all look flippin' fab.

What a lovely thread. OP your haircut is fabuloso. Great to see pics of posters although it's a bit of a shock (in a good way). Going to the hairdresser is one of the highlights of my life. It's like a theatrical performance. Even the ceiling is dramatic- a modern art mural of naked bodies.

Wow, it looks beautiful and healthy, what a great cut and a wonderful donation too. Well done!

Love it! It looks really swishy, if I were you I'd have a headache from swooshing it around Grin

Feeling inspired to go and get a haircut now, thanks ladies!

Hooking that looks fantastic! It does indeed look bouncy and swishy, am well jel! Good on you for donating the ponytail too. Must be a huge change for you, hope you're happy with it? Grin
