AIBU about cost of school photos?

Cheapest option for primary class photo is £11 for one 12" x 5" picture. Seems extortionate to me and would like to decline but dd(7) is keen to have a memory of her class so feel a bit obliged. Is this pretty standard or should I mention to school it seems a bit much? It's not clear anywhere if PTA or the school are getting a cut. It's a big company I think.
There's 12 classes and they did all the pics on one day.

Ridiculous but standard.

I don't know why they cost so much considering how easy these things are to produce with today's technology.

Pretty standard. My DC photos are £14 each. And there's 4 photos this year due to different groups etc that they belong too Sad

I used to take my own photo of DS before every term, I did however purchase a couple of photos of the whole class on two occasions, once when he first started and once when he left as they were a nice keepsake for him.
