Not an aibu at all, but I need help!

Spent the entirety of last night violently vomiting (sorry if tmi) and the other end.
No episodes since early hours of the morning, so hoping it's on its way out.

DH said he'll pop and get me whatever I need on his way back from work. I don't know what I need!

What do the wise people of Mumsnet turn to in times like these? I feel like I've been run over by a bus, I can't bloody move.
I know I need to eat/drink but I'm terrified of it all happening again.

Called in sick today obvs, but absolutely have to make it in tomorrow, as on an important course.

Help meeeeeeee!
Are there any magical tinctures out there to sort me ahhhht?

Immodium.
Nothing else works so fast....
Does leave you feeling a little bloated, but given the alternative...

Rehydration sachets.

You can't go to work until you're 48 hours clear of your last episode of D&V, otherwise you'll still be contagious.

And dioralyte. Sip it very slowly if your stomach is still bad.
Hope you feel better soon!
