To think my DP is an idiot and get him to do the DIY properly?

So he hung some curtains earlier. Only cheap curtains in a bedroom (until we find some we love)... They are black....

Went to see his handiwork and he says "I wasn't sure what way to hang them so I did the good side facing out so it looks nicer from the outside"

Bedroom is 60ft up and unless we have a peeping tom for a neighbour no one can see the bloody curtains!!!!

Maybe this is why we've always had blinds.

AIBU to make him rehang them? Or shall I just snip the label off and ignore the seams I can see only if I look very closely

This was considered normal when I was a child, (45) but was going out of fashion, you displayed to your neighbours your lovely curtains, it also kept them free of the worst of the coal dust etc.

Make him re hang them or he will never learn!

Bahahahaha! That's so funny! Still, at least he gave it some thought, sort of . Get him to rehang them. It'll drive you nuts otherwise.

surely re-hanging is just taking them off the hooks and putting them back the other way. no real DIY involved (no tools) except a ladder.
