Just that really. Anyone else got a crush on him?

Loved that blooper Furry!

naicepam · 24/04/2015 10:44

FurryTrousers I will never get bored of that clip. The shock on his face, the panicked 'scratching', the stifled giggles of his fellow presenters. Hilarious.

Sixweekstowait · 24/04/2015 10:52

Given my age, I would like him to be my son - I bet he's lovely to his mum

MrsItsNoworNotatAll · 24/04/2015 10:55

He's very fit!

Seeingthebeautyineveryminute · 24/04/2015 11:03

And this

TheObligatoryNotQuiteSoNewGirl · 24/04/2015 11:12

The one night I turn the TV off before the weather!

He's my favourite weather person - sometimes I wait up for the weather just in case it's him, but it's usually not... Sad

Seeingthebeautyineveryminute · 24/04/2015 11:41

Glad it's not just me

Therewere5inthebed · 24/04/2015 13:04

No, it's certainly not just you.. I'm rather partial to his cheeky gorgeousness. I agree with his name sounding naughty, I bet he is too.. not that I'm ever going to find out

mangoespadrille · 24/04/2015 13:08

In our house you must shout his surname whenever he appears on the weather. It's a rule.

Seeingthebeautyineveryminute · 24/04/2015 13:15

Swoon

I never get why people feel the need to point out some public figure's sexual orientation when someone admits to a crush. I mean, the whole point of having a thing about the weatherman is that you don't have to worry about him fancying you back, or whether you can convert him to the joys of women by the force of your personal charm, but then he might marry you but always have a secret thing for guys and your brother is very good looking and supposing they got together while you were in labour with your fourth baby etc etc. Grin

Iwantacampervan · 24/04/2015 13:28

I once met his aunt at a party....not much of a claim there I know. It was at the time when he wasn't working so much at the BBC and she was surprised that anyone had heard of him.

Bakeoffcake · 24/04/2015 13:42

Oh IWant, that is indeed a claim to fame.

How tall he is? Grin

GiddyOnZackHunt · 24/04/2015 13:51

I'm sure he got in a muddle once on R4 PM and said shit or shite whilst attempting to forecast the weather for Glastonbury. And got the giggles.

QuickQuickSloe · 24/04/2015 18:47

He'd be welcome to chart my warm front!

QuickQuickSloe · 24/04/2015 18:48

Sorry. Blush

A drink has been taken.

TheScottishPlay · 24/04/2015 18:57

He's lovely. Wouldn't say no to Chris Fawkes either.

Idontseeanydragons · 24/04/2015 20:12

John Hammond is nice but he loses points for never having seen a Star Wars film.

I would definitely do him. He'd give my day a damp start Grin Wink

OttiliaVonBCup · 24/04/2015 20:45

Wasn't he in trouble for appearing in a gay mag once?

I can't astound Elizabeth Rizini. Please move her up to the Outer Hebrides local TV.

OhtoblazeswithElvira · 24/04/2015 20:47

Nooooo. So wrong. There's something about his demeanour that gets on my nerves, it's like he's drunk.

I used to fancy one of the weathermen on S4C (Welsh channel). He used to wear v tight jumpers and you could just make out the very sculpted body underneath not that I would have such thoughts No idea about his name, sigh

Idontseeanydragons · 24/04/2015 20:58

That DM article is fairly tongue in cheek isn't it? More of a 'why didn't you tell us you were doing it' rather than 'what did you do this time'.
I like the part about viewers not concentrating on the weather symbols GrinGrin

YouFargingIceHole · 24/04/2015 21:13

just Googled him. Yep, totally does it for me. Grin

enjoyingscience · 24/04/2015 22:01

He's so great. A bit of a legend in our house. Grin
