AIBU to ask you if your DC got into the school you picked for them?

My daughter (4 years old this August) got into the school we liked most with Outstanding for its report :-)

Did your DC get into the school you picked? If not, are you still happy?

The oldest are staying at their school into its sixth form and like most of the boys have got places so that's good. Only ever used private schools but that is just as nerve wracking as the issue is how well did they do in the entrance tests even at 4+

No so I'll have one child at school on one village and the other starting school at the next village along. Feck. Will appeal because I can't be in 2 places at once!

I didn't pick the schools, DCs did. But yes, they got into the schools they chose.
