Can I lose a stone and/or become toned in 3 months?!

Please tell me this is possible!

Have a wedding in 3 months and have got a stone to lose - am also flabby Sad

I'm thinking Insanity or something might be the best way to go?

I eat healthily - could cut my portions down a bit though

Has anyone out there lost weight in this timeframe??? And if so, give me your tips you lovelies!

Oh yes and I swapped normal cheese for Babybel Lights, and only drank skimmed or semi-skimmed milk with hot drinks.

Seagrass...I think with 16:8 you probably naturally/subconsciously eat a bit less, but I've never made an effort to calorie count or eat differently at all.

A typical day for me before would be cornflakes and a banana at 7am. Tuna salad/soup/sandwich 1pm. Dinner at 6pm - spag Bol, roast, stirfry etc. Large portions.

I eat the same foods now (still too-big portions) but have tuna salad/soup at 1.30pm, my breakfast of cereal and fruit at 5pm and my main meal at 8.30pm. 9.15pm I usually have a snack which is frequently chocolate Blush

The only thing I really miss is a morning coffee - because fast means fast - only water for 16 hours.

I've lost half a stone in six weeks and started to tone up slightly doing the 30 day shred. It can get boring after a while but then I move up to the next level. I like it as just as you feel ready to drop, you're over half way through. The first week on each level is a killer but worth it.

I'm not drawn to exercise and have huge issues with weight from being a child. This is the know thing that's worked for me as it's half an hour a day and now I'm starting to enjoy exercise.

I have another 3-4 stone to lose so it's taking longer to see the toning results but I can notice a difference in how I look. I'd also lose weight quicker if I changed my diet more, so far I've stopped eating chocolate, only have chips once a week and I'm cutting down on snacking which is my downfall as I'm normally a grazer.

5:2 diet worked for me I lost a stone in about 8 weeks or as another poster has mentioned, check out Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guides. If you're on Instagram just search for her - or BBG. I'm on week 2 & already seeing grat results. Both of these are tough though, in their own way but a wedding it pretty good motivation!!

Go online and buy Body For Life for Women, brilliant book which deals with exercise, nutrition and mind. Very motivating and fantastic! Get some weights from Argos to lift in your lounge, twice a week do a cardio video on YouTube and you'll lose the weight and tone up in no time!
