I strongly suspect I'm just being a grumpy cow.
3 children who definitely don't live here (small tight knit cul de sac) are 'playing' in front of my flat. Extremely loudly. They're not playing with any of the kids who live here. They're doing no harm but it's so extremely annoying. I can't even claim that they're keeping the baby awake as she's not here today...but that's probably contributing to my annoyance. This is supposed to be my relaxing time!
