Taking white powder through customs

We have been asked to take arrowroot over with u when we go on holiday to Spain.

It's arrived from the internet as a white powder in a clear tub. Aibu to wonder if this may get us into some trouble / cause delays?

Could you post it to the people who've asked you to take it?

Mmm a friend of mine from Belfast, back in the day, travelled all round Europe with a bag of salt. He spent a lot of time being scrutinised in customs.
