to ask if anyone knows how to sort this?

Created a second hotmail account today but when i went to use it it said I needed to click on a box to verify. Did that and was told a code would be sent to my phone - no coded received - tried again and again.

So what can I do? Tried emailing the customer services but it was automated and just diercted me to a microsoft page I can't make any sense of.

AIBU to ask for help as I'm something of a technophobe and have no one who can make sense of this for me Blush

It sounds like you may have put an incorrect phone number in when registering.

No just keeps saying it'll resend to the phone number.didn't realise there was a geeks section.

this is for recovering an existing account but there is a chance it might work.
