As my son uses the hole to get to his mates house and I have peace and quiet for 2 hours while they play football.

Don't fix it.

Does it go straight into his mates house?

We made a hole under the gate of a school so we could sneak in

JuliaDream · 02/04/2015 23:03

That sounds lovely for your son. Easter Smile

Take it down altogether and make your garden bigger. Grin

MidniteScribbler · 02/04/2015 23:07

Why not put a gate in? Best of both worlds then.

Basilbrushestail · 02/04/2015 23:07

We back onto their house, their is a tiny little gap they fit through but it doesn't seem to be reciprocated and they use our door.

They've been friends since play school.

I would leave it.

A hole is so much more cooler than a gate!

Speak to your neighbours and ask if they mind your ds going through to their garden like that. If they use your door, it suggests that they think that that is a more appropriate way of approaching a house.

Basilbrushestail · 02/04/2015 23:10

I can't take it down their neighbours have put a fence up we have a 6 foot crossover in gardens.
