To feel the rage everytime I see fireman Sam!

He's just so bloody smug, my ds is obsessed and I really can't bear him. smug suck up!!!! I am of course aware he is not really but the amount I seem to watching him I just want to punch the screen in!!!

I never enjoyed it when my 3yr old DS was really into it (up until a couple of months ago). Now though he loves batman, cue loads of talk of baddies and killing, and now I really miss Sam!

I hate the modern animation with the vacuous expressions and squeaky voices. Sadly, Ds1 favours it for its greater array of vehicles. Ds2 is getting into it now too so my time is not yet done.

DS 2 (just turned 3) loved FS for a while, but has gone off it now, thankfully. But I still catch him from time to time speaking in a squeaky Welsh accent (we are Fife born and bred) and saying his name is Mr Dilys! [Grin]

This too will pass
I sympathise: I spent the whole of DS2's (albeit quite short) labour with the theme tune stuck in my head.

Love Fireman Sam. Love it when my nephew stays with me and we snuggle up and watch it.

I like the old fireman Sam but not the new one. I love the old theme tune. I think "his engines bright and clean" is a euphemism.

Oh I totally had fireman sam rage for another reason....

The promotional shot on iplayer, has all the men standing in strong determined positions, while the token female firefighter is standing looking embarrassed to be there with her hands clasped.
