Because I'm ffrrreeeeezzing! Sad

Im revising for exams, but ive hit a wall and have taken up residence beside the radiator because i just cannot get warmed this day.

You got extra socks on, hot water bottle? Quick walk around the block to warm you up and wake your brain up. What about a warm bath. Good luck by the way? Are they any warm libraries near you?

SurlyCue · 25/03/2015 16:09

Ive got a pair that go over my knees under my leggings and then a thick knitted pair iver the top and a thick hoodie. There is a library but i'm mainlining tea to keep me going and cant do that there. Think i'll take the dog out for a quick walk for change of scenery.

Sounds like your circulation isn't working well because of sitting still too long - a walk might help a lot! Also make sure you're eating enough as it's easier to get cold if you're not.

Hot cup of soup, tea, coco, snuggly blanket....

SurlyCue · 25/03/2015 16:16

I think i might fall asleep if i even looked at a blanket! Grin

Yes am going to go for a brisk walk and get the blood circulating.

Nice warm bath or shower might help too, it might be cold when you get out but again it will have altered your circulation as well as warming you up in itself, so you'd probably stay warm for a while if you dried yourself off quickly and didn't leave your hair wet.

Good idea cat. There should be enough hot water as ive had the heating on so im going to run one now and then get some warm PJs and do some more revision.
