To change job again?

I've worked in the nhs since 2005, initially as a support worker. Then I qualified as a nurse, I worked on various hospital wards doing all manner of shifts. The constant switch from days to nights wore me out & my health suffered ( I got run down a lot & got shingles).
But, I only had minimal time off sick.

Last year I took on a post in the community. I hate it & feel it was the wrong choice, so I've started to apply for other jobs.

I just can't seem to settle for more than 3 years in a post. I get bored easily without promotion/progression, so start looking for a new challenge. I love patient care & can't imagine doing anything else. But feel I haven't found 'the job' yet.
AIBU? What is wrong with me?

Quite normal!! Moving every two- 3 rs is very common. Try and crystallise what you love and what you don't.

It's very common nowadays. Employers appreciate breadth of experience. Don't worry, and do what's right for you.

I've changed employers a fair bit, and DW will have gone through 3 this year. Nobody bats an eyelid as long as you pass CRB.

Nothing's wrong with you - this is just what suits some people. Does it really matter that you find a job you want to do for the next 20 years?

Left my job in the community to work in government and I rue every single day. When I left I wanrted away from a bad situation, and had I stayed where I was, it would have died a death. If you are unhappy, go for it - fuck 'em. You owe them nothing.
