AIBU to absolutely hate it when you explain countless times on a thread why you can't take advice and someone lays into you for ignoring 'helpful advice', often prefixed with 'very' and a Hmm

'You have been given very helpful advice OP which you are choosing to ignore Hmm'

AIBU to want to mentally swing for people whenever this sort of thing is posted? It's so bloody pompous and huffy Grin

Yanbu but it happens all the time. People think because they've invested 30 mins in reading and replying you must follow their instructions regardless. Nature of forums I think
