AIBU to not travel 90 mins at the last minute?

I see my boyfriend at the weekend only cos of work. He lives a good 90 minutes from me and still with his parents (totally normal in the country where we live btw!)

He normally travels to see me cos I have my own apartment. That was our plan this weekend.

It is almost 10pm here, he is just about to finish work, and he has just told me that he is sick and could I come to his end of town and we can stay in a hotel?

AIBU to really not want to? I live in the centre and have to be back here tomorrow afternoon and I really don't want to travel 90 minutes just to travel again in the morning.

Call me a bitch but I wouldn't want to travel a three hour round trip to be hanging around with a sick person. What does he mean by 'sick' exactly though? Something you could catch?

Also - if I'm sick, I just want to be left the hell alone.

I don't mind just hanging out of he's sick, I want to be with him, just...I am very shit at changing plans at the last minute and he literally told me about 20 minutes ago. I like to know what I'm doing.

Unlikely I'll catch anything, I am a kindergarten teacher, immune system like an ox.
