Just reading with DS through an igglepiggle book which I bought at a school jumble sale. It's a lift the flap book, but every single flap has been ripped off, so even the story doesn't make sense. Obv it's going in the bin.

Not worried about the cost, it was only 50p bit AIBU to think this is not really an item that you sell?

I was them wondering what other weird stuff you have seen for sale - or you have even bought - which similarly made you go whaaaattt?! Hmm

Oh I remember one recently from local selling page. A pair of Hunter wellies described as "excellent condition".

Unless there was some mix up with the photo, the actual condition appeared to be "used for 20 years and never washed" Grin

My friend once bought a colouring in book on ebay...every single page had been drawn on.

There was a note saying they hadn't noticed before listing it that it had been used, so they'd included another one free of charge.

That was also drawn on on every page, rofl.

Why would you think an extra book of children's scribbles made it better?

It was hilarious though.
