As above. They're so focussed on partner benefits that I should imagine they would have a pretty generous leave allowance for adoption.

It's in the partner handbook. Im guessing you are either employed by JLP or asking on behalf of someone who is, so best to check the handbook as it contains all details of employment including maternity/paternity/adoption leave.
