heyya!
im living in south west london, but am in a little room with a 2 year old because i was living in private rented last year but landlord illegally evicted us. im really struggling to find a landlord/estate agents who will accept me with dss and no guarantor. so could anyone say if they know any landlords or estate agents who would accept that, or write your own landlords if they accepted it, im really desperate, thanks.

The council ( local housing office) can give you a list of landlords that accept HB. You might also be eligible for a council bond.

Just call every single estate agent near you, and ask if they accept DSS tenants.
If you have a smart phone, let it see your location, type estate agents and it should come up with a long list with phone numbers for them.
Know a couple of people it's happened to, council are useless, you're gonna be spending a while on the phone though, so make sure you have plenty of minutes.
Good luck, hope you find something soon!
