because DH is watching some TV programme about UKIP and I'm hearing lots of EU arguments 'They come over here, take all our jobs, no one will employ a white person because they are afraid of being accused a racist etc etc remainder of the usual bullshit.'
I know I can't go in there and say 'Can you turn this shit off please ?' because if he told me to do that on a programme I was watching - he'd get a sharp response back. 
Why do people watch that crap and believe UKIP are the be all and end all ?
The icing on the cake is I am an immigrant too from a commonwealth country !!!
