I recently purchased a childs magazine for my 4 year old dd, the mag had some free paints and a figure which u paint, my dd put on a apron to do the activity however she splashed some paint on herself and none of it has washed off in fact her clothes are ruined! Aibu to think that these paints should have been washable?

YABU. Paint on clothes is not ruined when you are 4.

Keep her Sunday best for Sunday! It's just a 4yr old's clothes. I have some kids paints that stain, mess goes with the territory.

Washable paint hardly ever washes out!

Could be worse, Wilko's paint stains skin. I had a Smurf for a week!
