AIBU to think that the wife of one of the school Governors should not have told a mum at school today that ' I hear congratulations are in order X Has a place at the school ' ( mums other kids already ...is this what happens - or is this governors wide totally out of line????go)... Council not releasing this info for another month

Are you sure they weren't talking about an older sibling finding out their secondary school? These were announced earlier this week.
