To think it is wrong to accuse someone of being a pbp without any proof or just because their name may be similar to someone who is banned but they didn't realise.

Take it up with hq

Yes definitely, report the post and let MNHQ investigate. I've not been accused of being a PBP or a troll but people have accused me of lying on threads which is very frustrating when you know you're not.

I have to admit OP that I had to AS search your NN when I saw this thread as it did remind me of a PBP. I would never have accused you outright though.

I've been mistaken for the facebook/church troll before when I posted under a different NN. That was odd.

Its okay i told mnhq and they agree that i was correct but dont need to take it any further as i did correct them on the thread. I do just feel better though knowing that hq know and are on my side. Its not nice having someone accuse of that

If you have only done 10 posts, can I suggest that you name-change now? It is very easy to do, and would prevent any further problems for you. Then you can relax and get on with enjoying MN.

No im not new so dont want to change my name. I meant that i had dealt with the problem with only 10 posts neede on this page lol. As long as people check their facts first like a previous poster did beforw making accusations i should be fine :)
