to be pissed that you have to spend hours on the phone dealing with big companies to get results

I've been on the phone solidly since 8, chasing all these rubbish companies.

For Argos, I have a broken dishwasher out of warentee, I had to keep phoning them and each time they said something completely different! From being told there's nothing they will do, to the 4th call where they said sorry about that and I have a brand new machine arriving in a few days.

Gas people have taken 800 quid even though the gas has been switched off for years at my house. This took ages to get anywhere, but apparently will have a refund in 28 days.

I still have to sort out stupid insurance renewals that have gone up in price and a sainsburys order. It feels like work. They all give in eventually, but it takes so much effort.

Yanbu. Just sorted out all the insurances and breakdown cover. Took me when day when not at work. Love the fact the quote halves everytime. Am plucking up courage in my next day not working to sort out the energy as need to give them a reading. Got to find that key, take the numbers then phone up with my details beside me to get it sorted.... Time!!!

The insurance is really pissing me off, they just increase it for renewals counting on people not bothering to question it, as soon as you speak to them huge amounts start coming off. Arrrg its wasting my sat
