in thinking Bing is a whiney git?

Every flipping episode his poor friends have to jump through hoops to stop him whinging again. Today he's whining because he feels dizzy from spinning too much. He was warned but didn't listen and then expects everyone to jump to it when it all goes wrong. Now he's bitching because there's too many bubbles in the bath. Who ignored instructions and put extra bubblebath in the bath? As for that whiney voice, like nails down a blackboard.

Flop = Mark Rylance = Dalai Lama of chillaxedness.

Immovableobject · 27/02/2015 20:13

First DVD out end of March - my toddler crack is pre-ordered, thank you Smile but I've had to make a Bing outfit for World book day, those bloody sticky-up ears...

notoneforselfies · 27/02/2015 20:15

YANBU. I called him out on this just earlier today. Whiney little prick. He's as bad as that Tig.(Is it just me or does anyone else suspect her parents are psychopaths? I don't know if it's the weird camera angles but they both look bizarrely sinister)

spookyskeleton · 27/02/2015 20:23

I thought this was a thread about Friends and was trying to work out why Chandler was whiny Blush

krasnayaplats · 27/02/2015 20:29

Oh the lovely voice of Mark Rylance. Reason enough to put up with Bing.

RustyBear · 27/02/2015 20:31

Maybe Flop will send him to the Tower...

pluCaChange · 27/02/2015 20:31

I don't mind Bing. He whines, but life IS hard for hormonal toddlers. It's Sula I can't stand.

As for Flop's patience, has anyone seen the episode in which Flop is ill, and Bing is FUSSING LIKE HELL and making it all about him? Flop finally gets narked! Shock Grin

Gwenci · 27/02/2015 20:42

YES!!! My God, I thought it was just me!!! Bing pisses me off no end! He needs a good telling off. Every bloody episode he refuses to listen and something goes wrong and he's only got himself to blame! (Yes, I know, typical toddler behaviour but still annoying to watch! And I'd tell my DD off if she behaved like Bing!)

There's that one that's on ALL the time where he burns his hand on his hot chocolate that Flop's told him countless times is too hot! Though on the other hand, why doesn't Flop just put some more milk in?!

Sootgremlin · 27/02/2015 20:54

We had to have hot chocolate with ice cubes because of that episode, gwenci. I had to make the hot chocolate especially hot. Unlike the irresponsible Flop, I always make sure it's a drinkable temperature in the first place. The ice cubes threw me right off.

Tomorrow we kill a butterfly Smile

RJnomore · 27/02/2015 21:00

I thought this was chandler bing.

Ever reading the first post, I still thought it was chandler bing.

I couldn't recall the friends episode with the spinning but I could imagine it...

Gwenci · 27/02/2015 21:02

Haha!! That's hilarious Sootgremlin! I'm lucky, my DD isn't yet old enough to actually emulate Bing's ridiculousness.

Though personally, I'd think ice cubes in hot chocolate is just going to water it down. I'd add more milk every time, retain the creaminess! Gosh, makes you realise how much children have to learn...! Smile

MiscellaneousAssortment · 27/02/2015 21:04

Hee hee, yes tis sooo annoying! My FOUR yr old likes to watch it occasionally, which is a trifle disconcerting.

I was worried he wanted to devolve into a hideous toddler again, but having sneakily watched his face I suspect he's enjoying the superiority!

You4coffee · 27/02/2015 21:09

Flop has ruined Wolf Hall for me.

TastelesslyDone · 27/02/2015 21:16

Love Bing. Love the fact that Flop just lets him get on with doing something ill-advised, so that he can learn for himself. Mad

FluffyJawsOfDoom · 27/02/2015 21:36

Watched the episode with the mural, next three days in a row we had toddler graffiti on the wall. Not impressed with wee bing, not impressed at all. Thankfully she's not started with the constant taking off of pants, that would drive me insane.

excitedmamma · 27/02/2015 21:44

I we love bing.... however... I wish he would talk properly... not a good example..... if Bing says it... it must be ok.... grrrrrrr
