We're in our 40s; nearish parking essential. Any ideas?

Gah. Just replied and it disappeared.

Buonissimo in Harborne (Italian)

The Plough in Harborne (amazing pub food)

the Barnt Green Inn for somewhere further out with decent pub food.

Kebabish in Moseley. Or is it King's Heath? Spice Exchange in Cotteridge is good curry too but never busy.

HOW CAN THIS BE UNREASONABLE?

Turners is nice for a special meal (it has a Michelin star).

Carter's of Moseley has a very good reputation, but I've not yet managed to get there to eat.

Sabai Sabai does delicious Thai food (we've just had it as take-out) and seems to have a restaurant in Moseley as well as Harborne.

Byzantium (tapas) and The Kitchen Garden (a lighter menu, quite a lot vege) have good write-ups for the food.

Agree with Princess - there are a lot of places in Harborne...Fench, Italian, posh pizza as well.
Also the Blue Piano (Edgbaston/Harborne border - I think there's one Kings Heath way as well) which is Easterm...vietnamese I think, not sure, but that area of the World
La Banque in Cotteridge is very nice (Italian)

(Also agree with Datahub - it's not an AIBU, is it?)

Hi tide does great chips as does it's rival king kebab opposite.

I love Raduni on vicarage road in kings Heath or Pangea in kings Heath for Indian food.
