I've NC.

I have a 5 month old DC. Exclusively BF.

Haven't had sex since she was born. Over christmas, tried to gently have sex but it hurt too much so was nowhere near DTD, stopped there and then.

Not had a period since she was born. Found an old test and took it, just because it was there.

It's positive.

What the fuck do I do. I don't want another baby. I'm bf'ing my little girl and I can't express and she won't take a bottle. I can't do this. I just want to curl up in a ball and act like it's not happening but I cant. Fuck. Please help me. Anybody.

Try and remain calm op. I know that's easier said than done.

Get a couple of new tests and see what happens.

if you do decide to terminate, you can take your baby with you - my best friend was in a very similar situation. if the pregnancy is very early on then it will just be a pill abortion and many women won't even stay in hospital all day for one of those - some places just send you straight home. It is painful but on a par with a bad period. You won't have to leave your baby if you don't want to/are not able to.

I think you need to go to the doctors ASAP, have them confirm the pregnancy before you start panicking (hard, I know, I'm a worrier!) and also speak to them about the pain from your episiotomy as you shouldn't be having this 5 months on.
You could possibly be pregnant then as he did penetrate you, even for those few seconds, although it would be unlikely.
I think you need to do this in stages to calm yourself down. No point in fretting until you know for sure, then you can make some decisions with the help of your partner and doctor.

There is sperm in pre-ejaculatory fluid, so technically surely possible. I agree that maybe your levels are still high from pregnancy though.

As an aside, I'm not sure it should it be that painful after five months though OP - is it worth seeing your doctor about that too as they are not usually painful by themselves for very long.

Hope you get the result you want.

Sorry, 'they' = episiotomies
