I saw this card on etsy and had to have it!

I felt so clever and funny ordering it.

Now wondering if it may be a bad idea to give it to DP tomorrow??

Roses are red,
Violets are blue,
Your dad's not as hot,
But I'd still fuck him too.

windchime · 13/02/2015 19:46

Makes me feel a bit sick.

ilovemargaretatwood8931 · 13/02/2015 20:03

I think this card is great!

My card for DH is rubbish- some stupid dogs, with stupid jewelled collars and twee awful nonsense written in a stupid font... bought in hasty desperation in Tesco express on way home. Yours is way better and I wish I'd searched one out that is the same or similar- next year I shall!

btw, he'd probably be slightly alarmed by it, and it would HAVE to be hidden from MIL / everybody! But it makes me laugh! Thanks for brightening up my evening- really hope your DH enjoys it! You must give it him!

ilovemargaretatwood8931 · 13/02/2015 20:12

Sorry, I meant MY DH would be slightly alarmed and it would have to be hidden from My MIL etc...

Great card, go for it!

Sallystyle · 13/02/2015 20:21

I love it Grin

Letmeeatcakecakecake · 14/02/2015 08:28

Yuk, I wouldn't want to think of my mother in law giving a BJ! Do they even do that?? Grin

Horseradishes · 14/02/2015 09:56

That's grim, your dh is aroused by the thought of his mother giving his father a blow job?! A bit twisted...

Smoorikins · 14/02/2015 09:59

The card doesn't appeal to my sense of humour - but where on earth did the op say that he was aroused by it?

Letmeeatcakecakecake · 14/02/2015 10:01

I know, typical MN twisting of words eh!

OP posts:
Sallystyle · 14/02/2015 10:05

What the fuck? aroused by the card?

Fuck me, that's is just one of the stupidest things I have ever read.

sharonthewaspandthewineywall · 14/02/2015 14:27

Letmeeatcake- wtf? He's five? Was he there at the time of conception too?
It never ceases to amaze me how odd some people on here are

Letmeeatcakecakecake · 14/02/2015 15:51

Who says he was aroused? He found it funny!

Sharon what the fuck are you on about?

OP posts:
Letmeeatcakecakecake · 14/02/2015 15:58

Sharon are you referring to this?

Haha sneak! We've been using my pregnancy as an opportunity to teach DS (5) about babies (he will be present at the birth so will realise where they come out then and then we will explain how they get in) and he's been watching those YouTube videos showing the sperms journey to the egg. He's FURIOUS that only 1 can win the race and that not all of them can, and why can't all the 'seeds' be made into babies. It's not fair

What's wrong with having a child present at the birth? Lots of children are. What's wrong with showing videos of sperm reaching the egg and a baby gradually growing? What's wrong with eventually telling a child how they get in their mummies tummies? Do you honestly think that because I'm using my pregnancy as a experience to teach my son about conception that id allow him to watch me have sex? What on earth goes on in your head? Do your children think they were dropped off by a stalk?!

It never ceases to amaze me how odd some people are here.

tessiegirl · 14/02/2015 16:05

I think you mean stork....

Letmeeatcakecakecake · 14/02/2015 16:06

No the stalker drops the babies off! Angry

OP posts:
tessiegirl · 14/02/2015 16:28

The stalker?

CurlyWurlyCake · 14/02/2015 16:38

Weird turn in the thread!

trufflesnout · 14/02/2015 16:59
Mammanat222 · 14/02/2015 17:04

Glad the card went down well.

Now how on Earth did we get to discussing children being present during labour? weird change of topic direction alert

sharonthewaspandthewineywall · 14/02/2015 17:04

Cake he's five for fucks sakes why does he need to know at that level? And as for children seeing their mum give birth well that to me is just really not fair on them. But as long as he doesn't think the 'stalk' brings babies that's fine

tessiegirl · 14/02/2015 17:09

Sharon, I completely agree with you!

Number3cometome · 14/02/2015 17:09

Sharon it's not your business whether it's fair on OP to have her child present. What do you think people who have home births do? Lock their kids in a cupboard??

sharonthewaspandthewineywall · 14/02/2015 17:11

Sorry I'm allowed my opinion on whatever people post that's really how a chat forum works
Grin

trufflesnout · 14/02/2015 17:11

OP mentioned it earlier and no one took the bait, tbh I'm not surprised it's gone this way since the whole card thing lost momentum.
