Just that really, Bought some to try when they were on offer and I'm now addicted Blush
I know they are probably really bad for you and are full of sugar etc etc but they are lovely, just pop 'em in the toaster and enjoy Grin
I particularly like the strawberry ones!
DH thinks they're disgusting slices of hot cardboard Hmm

Our local Pound.and is currently selling Poptarts, I may have bought a box or five two. Grin

America get much, much nicer flavours than us though, as always!

thewavesofthesea · 11/02/2015 18:22

YABU. I remembered them from being a kid as being amazing; but tried one recently and it was only so so. Rather use the calories on something else!!

geekymommy · 11/02/2015 18:25

I've been reading several posts here today that could have come from my 2.5 year old DD. She loves Poptarts, too (though the chocolate kinds are her favorites). She's skinny and a reluctant eater, so she needs the calories. Let's just say I don't mind having an excuse to have them in the house...

Topseyt · 11/02/2015 18:26

Must say, I agree with your husband. They are toasted cardboard with a bit of sweet goo.

JollyFrog · 11/02/2015 18:28

Poundland have them you say?! You really shouldn't have told me that!
I shall have to visit the poundshop tomorrow on my day off Thanks
I wonder what exotic flavours the USA have? It's not fair

SecretRed · 11/02/2015 18:47

They are amazing. The newsagent next door but one to my work were selling 2 boxes for a pound last week. Apple flavour & raspberry flavour. I ate 2 cold in the car on the way home!

SpottyTeacakes · 11/02/2015 18:47

They have them in the American sweet shops

FluffyDavis · 11/02/2015 18:53

Ocado sell loads of different flavours!

Ememem84 · 11/02/2015 18:55

pop tarts are insane. Breakfast of champions.

chocoshopoholic · 11/02/2015 18:59

I was disappointed when they stopped selling the unfrosted ones in the uk, rely on boxes brought by us visiting relatives now.

Sallystyle · 11/02/2015 19:02

I haven't had one for over 15 years.

I need to buy some.

Don't tell me they have like 300 calories in them.

Sallystyle · 11/02/2015 19:03

Oh look

They do tonnes of flavours here delivered to your door. I often use this website for soda.

Titsalinabumsquash · 11/02/2015 19:04

They have a lot of calories in them, and you know the worst bit? The calorie count on the front of the packet is for one Poptart and they come in foil packets of two!

Who are these strange people who eat one and leave the other??!! ShockWink

abigamarone · 11/02/2015 19:05

Tesco sell all sorts of flavours, including hot fudge sundae. I may have had 3 yesterday and be hiding the rest from the kids.Blush

Sallystyle · 11/02/2015 19:06

Oh sorry, they don't have as many different flavours as I thought, but they still sell some I now have to try.

Ememem84 · 13/02/2015 06:58

I've been known to hide them in the wardrobe. And eat while dh is at the gym on sat mornings....

Letmeeatcakecakecake · 13/02/2015 10:46

My gosh I saw the title and thought 'I don't remember writing this post?' Blush

SoonToBeMrsB · 13/02/2015 10:57

I LOVE pop tarts. Every time my American colleague goes home I make him bring me back brown sugar cinnamon ones because I refuse to pay £6 a box from the American sweet shop in town Grin
