To think those bastards at Ben & Jerry are keeping all the best flavours from us

Are we not good enough?

Why have we got the same boring small selection of flavours, while the US/Canada get all the special editions? Who keeps buying Baked Alaska - it's rubbish and we could get it replaced with this.

And they discontinued Chubby Hubby Angry

Ben & Jerry's is overly sweet crap with too many bits and pieces in it. I hate when Morrison's have it on special offer instead of Haagen Dazs. It makes me weep in the freezer aisle.

You can get some of those flavours at the cinema concessions, and presumably the B&J cafes. The Coffee BuzzBuzzBuzz one is lushhh. I can't believe how many peanut butter ones there are! Why do we only have that nasty peanut butter and jam one???? Whyyyyyyyy?

Holy mother of god! Those flavours! I am drooling. Why don't we have them?! It's an international ice cream conspiracy! sucks in tummy and heads off for zumba in desperate attempt to get rid of the ice cream already eaten and retained around the belly!

I wonder if they could do a limited edition Mumsnet flavour. Made with bits of chocolate covered Pom Bears.

YANBU. I have often wondered that very same question Mrs BertMacklin about Ben and Jerrys and their overall lack of choice int UK.

That red velvet cake one I have eaten and it tastes fab as is their Americone Dream. The Americans do have far more choice than we British citizens.

I did sadly note that they no longer do their peach cobbler flavoured ice cream, I liked that immensely.

Minter Wonderland is a current fave.

I am annoyed that you can only get chocolate/cake/cookie dough type flavours. What happened to Cherry Garcia, it was amazing and now it's not available. I also used to love From Russia With Buzz which was a coffee flavour one.

This thread has made me sad!!! I grew up on New York Super Fudge Chunk - it is every bit as glorious as it sounds. Why is there no NYSFC in the UK? and come to mention it what's with the dearth of coffee ice-cream? and coffee flavoured yogurt??? Sigh. I really miss American foods sometimes. The world food aisle in Tesco's is doing its best to help out, but sadly no ice cream there...

YANBU. I've been hunting for Chunky Monkey, Cherry Garcia and Totally Nuts for ages. All awesome, and all with no equivalents in other brands. I'm so pissed off with Ben and Jerry's for taking them away that I've stopped buying their ice cream entirely now. After all, if I want a chocolate, vanilla or caramel ice cream I have about 30 other brands to choose from. Whoever makes their decisions about what to stock in the UK needs a kick up the arse.

They used to have Coffee Coffee Buzz Buzz at the Empire multiplex at Great Park in Birmingham. It was fabulous.

I spend a lot of time in the US and knew they have far more varieties, but a hundred?? It's a shame I love them so much or I'd (justifiably) say BASTARDS!!!! AngryWink

I used to love the oatmeal cookie one - amazing! They need to get rid of all the gross core ones and give us more yummy interesting flavours!!!!

I fell in love with the Mint Chocolate Cookie one on a recent holiday - nearly bought a tub to eat on the plane home! Minter Wonderland is good, but not quite the same!

Oh god I miss Cherry Garcia, and not the crappy fro-yo one! There was one in New York I had that was mint choc chip with Oreo.... Sooo good!
