to think this cupcake sale assistant was rude?

So I went to buy some cupcakes today as I have friends coming over tomorrow for afternoon tea.

I'm currently trying to lose weight (by calorie counting) so I asked the assistant if there was a lot of calories in a Mars Bar cupcake.

She replied (in a very sarcastic way) - We actually bake out the calories and replaced them with love and sprinkles.

Really there just was no need.

I bought four mars bars from aldi the other week. When I was a kid mum used to chop them into slices and I really fancied a sliced mars (they taste nicer sliced honestly!)
Anyway, got home, opened the pack and they were bloody hobbit mars bars. The tiniest little things ever. I was so disappointed and ive still not gotten my sliced mars bar

Why bother with the fair cake? Buy Mars bar. Unwrap. Eat.

Because then it would just be a Mars bar, silly.

In reality, I imagine the recipe is a chocolate cake with chopped mars bar in the cake and melted mars bar in the frosting.

Melted mars bars make wonderful ice cream sauce btw.

In my defence, you said a recipe. I doubt it's the actual one :)

Have to say op, I'd have laughed! It was a bit of a daft question. It's a cupcake (calories) that obviously contains Mars bar. Yes, it's calorie heavy. I have yet to come across a Mars cupcake weight loss diet. We all ask dumb questions from time to time, without thinking, or even thinking out loud, except me, obviously, as I am I the picture of informed poise at all times. Have a giggle. Let it go.

I used to make Mars bar rice crispie cake when I was younger. It was divine!!
