To feel uncomfortable about my childs teacher moving in next door

I feel very uncomfortable and on edge all the time. We have lived here for 15 years. I try not to be shouty normally but need to to get my dc's ready on time for school. I feel I now can't do this.

She is a nice lady but it has totally ruined how I feel about my home.

Our walls are quite thin and I can hear them and worry they can hear us too.

My Maths teacher lived opposite me when I was at Secondary school. She would sometimes want to walk up the road with me Shock so if I saw her leaving the school at home time I would go round my mates house until after she had gone by.

She was a lovely lady, and taught me how to do quadratic equations (which I've never used since school) but never seemed to get the teacher-pupil don't mix out of school bit.

Haha, my colleague (teacher) is in a similar position. I asked him if he was a still a smoker. He replied that he obviously couldn't smoke at work, he couldn't smoke in his house as he has a baby and he can't even smoke in the bloody garden because Jane Smith lives next door and he teaches her! Poor man!
