f you look closely it looks like Chloe has removed/tucked up the bottom lacy bit so it's considerably shorter than the one Charlotte is wearing.

It's great, it won't look like underwear unless it's see through, which I don't think it is. If you can carry it off, go for it. Lace dresses are in.
