Every time it comes on and the smug angry man says this line...gah!

They've stopped saying 'X% of customers were satisfied with out service etc' in their ads - maybe the figures weren't looking so good any more.

I think that there is a difference between understanding the basics of PPI reclaim but being unsure as to whether you can claim, and not knowing anything about it. However, that doesn't mean that the smug angry man isn't annoying so I YANBU on that front!
