I prefer the low fat Total as it makes me less mucousy (TMI, sorry).

Wait - yoghurt and mucous are in cahoots? Is this just something specific to you or could my snotty, yoghurt-chugging friend be on the brink of remission?

PetulaGordino · 21/01/2015 18:26

I thought dairy generally (regardless of fat content) could make you mucous-y if you were so inclined and I know that some professional singers avoid it before a performance. I have no idea if that is a medical fact though

Mitchy1nge · 21/01/2015 18:30

fage 0% is not full of added carcinogens or sugar Hmm

it is skimmed milk

and yoghurt culture

lemonhope · 21/01/2015 19:12

0 percent total is just yogurt made with skimmed milk

It's not pumped full of ground up marshmallow fluff and aspartame

Shockers · 22/01/2015 07:24

I've tried Total 0% and found it chalky.

I've decided that if I'm going to eat something, I'd prefer to enjoy it, so it's creamy organic Greek for me.

It's lovely with fresh figs and a drizzle of honey too.

iklboo · 22/01/2015 08:05

The higher the fat content the worse it is for me. Still mucousy with 0%, but not as much as with full fat.
